1. General
These Terms govern paid services of “Baltava”. Free features — browsing listings, basic registration, and publication where available without payment — are not covered here.
By tapping “Pay”, you enter into a distance contract for digital services and confirm you have read these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the final amount shown before payment.
2. Paid services and prices
- Premium subscription — €7.99 per month, auto-renewing.
- VIP subscription — €19.99 per month, auto-renewing.
- Listing promotion: TOP from €2.99, SUPER TOP from €7.99, Highlight from €5.49, Sponsored from €12.99 — depending on package and duration.
- Listing period extension — from €1.49.
- Business advertising placements — per CRM tariffs.
Prices are in euros (EUR). VAT and other taxes are added or included depending on the buyer’s country and Stripe settings. The exact amount is always shown on the payment confirmation screen.
3. Payment methods
- Visa and Mastercard via Stripe’s secure checkout.
- Apple Pay and Google Pay — when supported by your device and region.
- Card data is processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
4. When the service is deemed provided
The service begins immediately after successful payment: subscriptions unlock features; promotion increases listing visibility; advertising starts delivery per the selected package. From that moment the service is deemed started and partially or fully consumed.
5. Refund policy
No refund is provided, including if you: cancel a subscription before the paid period ends; remove or unpublish a listing; do not get the engagement you expected from promotion; violate Service rules and your account is suspended; used part of a promotion period.
6. Subscriptions: renewal and cancellation
- Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.
- Cancel in the app: Profile → Subscriptions & promotion, or via App Store / Google Play subscription settings (if purchased there).
- Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current paid billing period.
- Access to subscription features remains until the end of the paid period.
- The Operator may change tariffs for new periods with at least 14 days’ prior notice.
7. When a refund may still be granted
- Duplicate charge or payment system technical error — email info@baltava.com within 14 days with a receipt or screenshot from “Transaction history”.
- Service not activated within 48 hours due to the Operator’s fault — full refund after verification.
- Charge after confirmed subscription cancellation due to the Operator’s or Stripe’s fault.
Decisions are made individually within 14 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
8. Withdrawal right (EU/EEA consumers)
Under Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to digital services where performance began with your express consent and you confirmed that you lose the withdrawal right. By paying, you give such consent.
9. Disputes and chargebacks
Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. or Stripe affiliates. If you disagree with a charge, contact info@baltava.com first — we respond within 5 business days. Chargebacks without contacting us may result in account suspension.
EU consumers may use the European Commission ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to participate in alternative dispute resolution, but we review complaints in good faith.
